Welcome Baby Bennett Baby Shower

Memorial Day weekend really was a whirlwind of activity... In addition to Zach's graduation BBQ we had Pam's baby shower.  It was a nice spin on tradition to have the shower as a 'welcome baby' shower so everyone could meet Bennett.  Missy and I had been running in circles for the two weeks prior to the shower to get everything and start getting ready... the day before and day of we did lots and lots of cooking, flower prep, and painting of flower pots to prepare.  I think it was pretty cute if I do say so myself!  And Bennett was pretty cute too!

I think our pictures are only so-so.  We did a pretty good job getting photos of the decorations but didn't switch to 'people' photography very well...  At any rate we put the photos on flickr. It is weird to think about how much my family has changed in the past few years... there have been a lot of 'life stages' in motion and it definitely wonderful and has been fun yet reminds you of how fast time goes by.
