Blackhawk Track Weekend

Heading to the track is a lot of work. You have to pack the Jeep, put the bikes on the trailer, drive to the track, unpack and setup camp. The next day involves getting the bikes inspected, two meetings then finally getting on the track. Seems like a pain, but it's all worth it when the weather is perfect. This past weekend didn't have perfect weather as we got rained on both Saturday Afternoon and Sunday Afternoon. The morning sessions were great, the bike felt great and it wasn't too hot.
(Typical track opening meeting...coffee is a must)
Darren's sister thought it would be fun to attend a weekend and see what all the hype was about. She got the full experience, including sideways rain.
Almost packed up. All in all a great weekend. Lap times were down, bike is in one piece.
