$0.57 Dividend WOOooo

The economy is offically out of the recession, well maybe not but in my mind the economy is doing better than it has in a while.  We received a dividend from Inland Real Estate Corp for a massive $0.57.  It's a great time to plunk money in Banking, Real Estate, Constuction and Consumer Goods.  Everything is going for pennies compared to what I believe will be a return to almost the levels the stock market was at a few years ago.  Just have to be positive.  With this massive dividend my dream of a Plasma TV is getting closer.
